Question: Can you imprint a company logo and what is the turn around time when using this option?
Answer: Yes, we can imprint a logo or any picture you want on a napkin. In order to do this, you must email us a picture of the logo you want to appear on the napkin. We then send the picture to another company to be made into a die so we can imprint with it. This procedure takes approximately one week. Upon receiving the die, we can process your order within 1-3 business days and ship your order between 2-5 business days (depending on where you live in the U.S.). To pay for your customized logo, choose the "customized logo" product from the home page, and a $60 fixed fee will be added to your napkin order.
Question: Do you imprint any other things?
Answer: Yes, we can imprint matchbooks. Unfortunately, our imprinting machine is not currently set up to imprint invitations or ribbon. The match colors available are black, white, gold, silver, blue, red, green, burgundy, and ivory. You can order matches through a link found on the left side of our home page.

Answer: For standard orders, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for shipping (if located in the U.S., and depending on the location within the U.S.). Question: Can you ship to foreign countries?
Answer: Yes, we can ship to any foreign country. Please call us toll free at 866-743-7346 to place your order and we will quote you a shipping price to ship to your country.
Question: How much is shipping?
Answer: Standard shipping (up to 3 business days for processing and regular ground shipping) is a $10 minimum (10% shipping for orders above $100). Rush service shipping (1 business day guaranteed processing and regular ground shipping) is $7 plus the regular cost of standard shipping.
Question: How much is Canadian shipping?
Answer: Canadian shipping is the price of regular service ground shipping ($10) plus 20% of the subtotal. Part of this price covers the international forms that must be filled out every time an order is placed. Canadian orders can be placed online, and the shipping charges will be included.
Question: Can I pay with a check?
Answer: Yes, you can mail us a check. We will process your napkin order upon the clearing of the check.
Question: Can I choose a shipping method other than UPS ground shipping?
