Napkin Proof
A napkin proof is an email with an attachment of your customized napkin. Purchasing a napkin proof allows you to change your order up to one time after we have customized one of your napkins.
Upon emailing a napkin proof, we will wait up to 24 hours for the customer to respond in some way by either
- approving the order as is
- changing your order in some way (limited to one change)
After waiting the full 24 hours, whether or not we receive a response, we will proceed to process your entire order.
