Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

Orders of personalized napkins will be shipped Fed Ex ground standard rate. We ship your custom printed napkins in three to five business days and depending on your location it will take two to five days to arrive. We do have a rush service option available. We will ship in one business day, however, it will still take 2-5 to arrive to your location. When you place an order, we will provide the shipping rate amount on the order page. The shipping rate for United States orders is approximately 10% of the order; however, the minimum shipping charge is $10. The shipping rate for Canadian orders is approximately 20% of the order; however, the minimum shipping charge is $20.

If the order is being sent to a P.O. Box, it will be sent via United States Postal Service.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If we misprint your napkins, we will give a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping and handling. If your package gets lost in delivery, you will also receive a refund for the total order. You may opt to have your napkins reprinted free of charge instead of a refund.

If you are not sure of the shade of a particular color, we off free samples and proofs of your napkin order. If you approve of a napkin proof no refunds will be issued once order is shipped.

If an error is made on the part of the customer, we will not be able to refund the order; however, we can reprint the napkins at a discount. You may call at any time to make a change to your order or to address any typographical mistakes or other errors; however, there is no guarantee that your order has not already been processed. Amendments to napkin orders may be granted as long as the order has not been processed.
